Frequently Asked Questions
We believe in clear communication and transparency. Below are answers to common emergency dental questions.
What qualifies as a dental emergency?
Severe pain, swelling, infection, bleeding, dental trauma, or a knocked-out tooth are considered dental emergencies and should be addressed as soon as possible.
What Should I Do If a Tooth Is Knocked Out?
If a tooth is knocked out, try to gently place it back into its socket without touching the root. If this is not possible, keep it in milk or saliva and contact our clinic immediately. Prompt treatment increases the chances of saving the tooth.
Can I Wait If the Pain Goes Away?
Even if the pain goes away, the underlying problem may still be present. Some infections or nerve-related issues can progress without causing continuous pain. It is important to have the situation evaluated to prevent more serious complications.
Do You Offer Same-Day Appointments?
Yes. We do our best to offer same-day emergency appointments whenever possible to address urgent dental issues quickly and provide prompt relief from pain and discomfort.
